INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS PLEASE NOTE: You
may be subject to import duties and taxes on your order that are calculated
once your order reaches your country. Additional charged for customs clearance
must be paid by you. We have no control over any additional charges and cannot
predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely for different countries,
so we would suggest contacting your local customs office to find out more information
before placing an order.
We
want all our customers to be 100% happy with their order so all items purchased
on the Beserk Webstore can be returned for a full refund or exchange on the
item! We will not accept any returns if the items have been worn. The item must
be returned in perfect condition, unwashed and with the swing tag still attached.
Please
note this is available for current range items only and is not valid on Clearance
items. Clearance items may only be returned for an exchange to another size
or design.
Simply
contact orders@beserkclothing.com
within 15 days from the date of purchase if you would like to exchange or refund
your item. Beserk Clothing will not refund costs of any postage incurred on
any items that are being refunded due to change of mind or the selection of
the incorrect size and will only refund postage price in event of the item being
faulty.
If
you have purchased the wrong size and would like to swap for another size, simply
contact us and explain what you would like to swap your item for, we will then
put the correct size aside for you for exchange when we receive your item back
into the warehouse. Then post back the incorrect item with a REPLY PAID envelope
so we can send the correct size back to you.
