We want all our customers to be 100% happy with their order so all Beserk Clothing items purchased on the Webstore can be returned for a full refund or exchange on the item! We will not accept any returns if the items have been worn. The item must be returned in perfect condition, unwashed and with the swing tag still attached.

Simply contact orders@beserkclothing.com within 15 days from the date of purchase if you would like to exchange or refund your item. Beserk Clothing will NOT refund costs of any postage incurred on any items that are being refunded due to change of mind or the selection of the incorrect size and will only refund postage price in event of the item being faulty.

If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to swap for another size, that is no problems simply contact us and explain what you would like to swap your item for, we will then put the correct size aside for you for exchange when we receive your item back into the warehouse. Then post back the incorrect item with a REPLY PAID envelope so we can send the correct size back to you. Please contact Beserk to organise the return before sending back items.

Its easy to shop online with Beserk Clothing!

To purchase online, simply click on any of the style categories listed under 'BESERK DESIGNS' in the left hand side menu. Simply click on any design name to view more information on that product.

To purchase the item select your size from the drop down menu and click 'ADD TO CART', which will add the item to your shopping cart. You will then be taken to your Shopping Cart containing all the items you wish to purchase. If you would like to finalise your purchase select 'CHECKOUT' or 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' to purchase more items.

To view your shopping cart at any time, simply click 'CART CONTENTS' in the menu on the right hand side. Here you can modify, add more items and delete any items you do not wish to purchase. If you are happy with your selection select the 'CHECKOUT' icon to proceed. You are then taken to a login screen, here you can sign in if you are a Beserk Army Member or if you would like to create an account select 'NEW CUSTOMER', you will then be asked for all your delivery details and to choose a password, so then when you return to Beserk you are able to login easily and all your information will be stored with us!

Or if you would NOT like to open an account, simply select 'QUICK CHECKOUT' which will take you to a screen to enter all your order delivery details. Then follow the prompts to enter all your order details and select CONFIRM ORDER to place your order with us.

You will then receive an automatic email from Beserk Clothing confirming your order has been received. If you do NOT receive this email please double check that your order has been completed.

To keep your Beserk Garment looking its best for as long as possible, always gentle machine wash your garment with similar colours, then hang it out to dry inside out to avoid any colour fading. If your design has any tulle please hand wash the item to avoid any damage. Ironing is essential with Beserk Clothing items to keep them looking their best! Always iron inside Cotton items out on the hottest setting or consult your Care Instructions tag on the item for full details.

Where can I purchase Beserk Clothing from?

- Beserk is available from selected Stockists, plus through our online webstore for purchase worldwide.
We are always looking for more stores to sell Beserk, so please contact us if you know of any stores in your area that you think would suit Beserk! Plus if they place an order you will receive a FREE Beserk special gift!

Where is Beserk Clothing made?

- Beserk is Proudly 90% Made in Australia, with 10% being made overseas in fair working conditions. We are very anti-sweatshop and are very proud to say we are Made in Australia.

How do you find the models for Beserk? I want to be a Beserk model!

- We select models that embrace their individuality and capture the look of Beserk! You do not have to be a professional model to work for Beserk. There are opportunities from time to time that become available when we are looking for models for different fashion parades, catalogues and events. Keep an eye on the updates page for any modelling opportunities or become our friend on Facebook, Myspace or Model Mayhem and watch for any bulletins on any upcoming events.

I am a model and I would like to borrow your clothing for a shoot? Do you lend out clothing?

- We would love to hear from you! We are always looking for models to work with around the world. If you have the right Beserk style, we offer free clothing in return for photos. Please email mail@beserkclothing.com with a link to your profile and run down on the shoot & photographer, we will then send you more information.

I am a photographer and would love to use some of your designs in a shoot?

- Great! We are always keen for colloborations and we would love to hear from you! Please email mail@beserkclothing.com with a link to your portfolio and more a run down on the shoot and we will send you more information! We will post the photos on our Facebook, Myspace and Website and give you full credits with links to your portfolio so you will gain some excellent exposure.

Do you sponsor bands?

- Yes we do! Email us at mail@beserkclothing.com and let us know some details about your band including links to your website and myspace profiles. Explain a bit about your history of your band, your future direction and what shows you have coming up. We will then reply with more information about band sponsorship!

I would love to sell Beserk in my store! What are your wholesale rates?

- Please contact us! We are always looking for more stores around the world that would suit Beserk and we would love to hear from you! Please fill out the Wholesale Application Form on our Wholesale Enquiry page and we will be in contact with more information.

Do you make uniforms? Will you sponsor our team?

- Yes we do! We have created some awesome uniforms for Roller Derby & Sports teams. If you would like more information please email mail@beserkclothing.com with some details of what you require and we will be in contact with more information.

Did you know you spelt Beserk wrong?

- Why yes we do, thankyou for pointing that out! ;) Fleur made the decision to drop the 'r' in the word Berserk as she didn't like the way the word looked graphically back when Beserk was born. So yes we do realise we have spelt it differently!

Who designs Beserk Clothing?

- The head designer for Beserk is Brisbane born and self taught designer Fleur who created the label back in 2001. We also work with many amazing talented artists from around the World!

I am an artist and I would love to contribute to the Beserk range!
