WEBSITE CRASHES & ERRORS : We are very sorry if you experience problems with the webstore during the Clearance SALE! Beserk Sales are very popular as we reduce items very heavily, we have ALOT of people on the webstore at once & our site can crash. We are moving to a new server in 2 weeks which will fix this problem, but until then we are very sorry for any inconvenience!

RETURNS : All Clearance Sale purchases are FINAL & we will not accept any returns for wrong sizes etc. Refunds / Exchanges will only be given on faulty items. All items are priced to clear.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS : There may be a few out of stock items during the sale. So we apologise in advance if any items you ordered are sold out! Our webstore has a glitch where it allows 2 people to check out the same item at the same time. If your order does contain an out of stock item we will try to call you to swap for another item, or if we cannot get you on the phone, we will refund the money for the item & send the rest of the order.
We will be moving to a new inventory system at the new warehouse, which means that out of stock problems will be a thing of the past!
